Heather Alden is Executive Director of the SIMS Foundation. SIMS Foundation provides mental health and addiction recovery services to Austin musicians, music industry professionals, and their family members.
SIMS helps musicians suffering from depression, anxiety, stage fright, relationship issues, trauma, alcohol and chemical addiction, and other serious mental health issues connect with over 90 therapists, psychiatrists, and addiction therapy specialists in the SIMS Provider Network. SIMS is a proud partner of Black Fret and offers services to current and past participants.
