Wendy Colonna is a seasoned troubadour and a new mother who hails from the gulf coast of Louisiana and has called central Texas home since 2000.
Since the birth of her first baby, Charlie in June 2017, Wendy has been spending more time closer to home performing an array of public and private events. With a catalog of songs that range from jazzy and sultry to soul-shout party fun, Wendy is as comfortable entertaining on the big stage as she is providing a sweet and savory groove-based experience in corporate and private settings.
Wendy’s beautifully crafted songs echo tales of joy, reclaimed innocence, loss, and celebration. Her resonant, signature, grit-infused-honey voice can move from a sweet whisper to a full-on bayou- soul-shout without skipping a beat.
