Cari Hutson & Good Company is a soul-fed Rock n Roll band out of Austin, TX. Cari’s impassioned vocal performance, paired with the tight and grounded Good Company band, take the crowd on a journey through songs of love, loss, longing and triumph.
In November of 2018, they released their first record as a band, “Don’t Rain on My Sunny Day.” They had a sold out record release party, received regular rotation on Sun Radio and expanded their merchandise. They’ve continued to develop new material and are still holding down their residency at a local venue to hone their chops.
Their plan/want is to get out and visit new musical markets to get in front of new eyes and ears.
With their personal schedules very full, it is their goal to obtain a team (artist management, publicist, booking etc.) to aide in this process.
They will be the finale act at The Tall City Blues Fest in Midland, TX summer of 2019 (July 13), and are very excited as this is their first booking at a large music festival and feel like they will excel as a band in a festival setting. They are working out finishing touches on some new songs, and are excited to possibly get back in the studio and record them.
